seht mand ankhon ke liye tips(in urdu)

Ankhain (eyes) aik   buhut bari naymat hain orr unki safaie or sehat ka khayal rakhna yani care karna buhut zaroori hai. Agar ankhon (eyes) ka khayal na rakha jai tou buhat si ankhon ki bimarian honay ka khadsha lahaq ho sakta hai aur in ki khubsurti bhi motasir ho sakti hai. Hamari ankhon (eyes) ko sehetmund rahknay kay liyay buhat say gharelu totkay (upay) akhtiyar kiyay jatay hain.
Ankhon  (eyes) ki sehet kay liye gharelu totkay/ upay:
  1. Agar ankhon  ki andar paie janay  wala safaid hissa zara pilahut mile ho jai tou ankh mey zara sa gulab ka arq dalnay say ankh saaf hoti hai orr in ki chamak wapis aa jati hai.
